Martin B Hough may be your man.
When he was still living in Hampshire (it seems so long ago!) we had 
a brief chat about Pamber Priory and Ovington.
I seem to recall he had thoughts at one time at trying to do some 
bell work at Pamber.
We also chatted about the heavy (35cwt?) four at Qaurr Abbey.
