The "small amount of metal" removed from the shoulder of St. Michael
with St. Paul, Bath, in order to correct the 2nd partial in-tune was
1-0-9!
There was an advert for Warner's in the first edition of the Ringing
World (march 1911?) showing a photo of the tenor for Eastwood,
Rotherham. I seem to recall that the bell was dated 1909. It had a
flat pad and cast-iron headstock, with Warner's patent logo on the
stock. Perhaps someone can confirm the date of this installation.
