Bellfounder immediately springs to mind.


The History and Art of Changeringing by Ernest Morris would also be useful.
There are also modern translations of Theophilus and Biringuccio, both
published by Dover Press. Biringuccio has a fascinating chapter on the
welding of cracked bells.
