Absolutely right! The Leeds Youths Cyril Wratten wrote about (both
in "History of Ringing" and an excellent series of articles in the
Ringing World in the early 1980s) were the band from Leeds, Kent,
lead by James Barham (an article on him can be found in "Giants of
the Exercise").

Sorry I should have written "Change Ringing, The History of an English Art"
Volume 3 (pp156-168)which is wholly devoted to that City in Yorkshire and
nothing to do with that Village of Kent (or is that a Kentish Village?).
