Well its been interesting to see the discussion on this bell & the experts =
comments!=20
1. It isn't Grimthorpe
2. It isn't Taylor
3. The inscription includes:

FEOFFEE GAVE THIS BELL 1823

The bell has traditional canons, and most interestingly has as a decoration=
the running border used by the Nottingham founders [Lincs 160]. Now the on=
ly early 19th century founder doing facsimile inscriptions that I know of i=
s.................................................Whitechapel.
