[Bell Historians] Bell for consecration

There's a church in York which has its bell (Warner, about 3 cwt) mounted on
a little troley with wheels. It was taken down from its turret due to being
unsafe several years ago, and for the millennium they mounted it on a
trolley so that it can be wheeled out onto the steps and sounded with a
hammer.
