Clock chime in Darlington

Another apparently one not on Mike's list is the clock tower at Darlington which was
covered on BBC4 "Restoration Secrets" the other day. The program mentioned that the bells
were cast by the same foundry as the Westimnster Clock Tower. I wonder whether they mean
Whitechapel or Warners?
