Thanks to CJP for the start......

Can anybody help to tidy up the list and dates plus indications where
the bells shape and tuning intentions may have changed? 
The following classifications might need modifying?
Perhaps when we have had a go at it Taylor's will mark the answers 
and give us their view!!

a pre-harmonic - old shape
b early harmonic - old shape
c true harmonic - new shape
