I self-published my book on Holy Trinity, Bradford on Avon, bells, with the
help of a local publisher, who specialises in the matter. Minimum print run
was 500, the cost was about £3/copy. In retrospect I wish I had asked for
subscribers, which would have helped costs. I'll get details if you are
interested.
