I'm sure that is correct.

Something I noticed from the "Thorpe Episcopi page" about Surlingham 
was the mention of replacement pulleys. At least one of MHH's cast 
iron pulleys remained in use on the 5th, if not on all four original 
bells. I'll have to check the video recording I took.
