The reprint of this book is now with the printers. I am very grateful to
all those who have supported this project and, as a result, only eight
copies will be available to non-subscribers. |If anyone else is
interested I suggest they order a copy very soon as clearly the reprint will
be sold out within the next few weeks. I am prepared to sell these
copies at the subscription rate of £35 plus £5 contribution towards the cost
of postage and packing. Of course, if you would rather pay £75 for the
only copy of the first print which I have seen advertised then that is up to
you!
