Saalfeld, Thuringia

Does anyone have any knowledge of a bell called the Seiger Glocke 
supposedly in Saalfeld, Thuringia, Germany? A correspondent has sent 
me a recording of the bell taken from a TV programme, all I know is 
that:
* it is said to be over 650 years old
* it's nominal is low B, i.e. it is not small
* it sounds lovely.

Extensive internet searches have drawn a blank.
