Colchester has the following information about bells in St Thomas, 
Winchester:
i. Small, John Warner and Sons London 1875
ii. John Warner and Sons London 1858.

There is a history of the church at

although it does not mention the bells, gives a date of 1856-7 for 
the building of the tower and spire which is compatible with 
Colchester's details.
