The CCC gace a large grant towards the welding of the treble if the medieval 
3 at Hayton. This one was badly cracked - in the soundbow, going up and 
turning along the waist although it was still in one piece. It had been on 
the church floor since 1911. It is now hung and the other two bells 
refurbished and rehung on ball bearings.
