Several of the Feltham bells now at St Peter’s in Guernsey have had extra 
inscriptions engraved, as did the original bell at St Joseph’s RC when the 
eight were added.

A chap I knew who worked for Taylor’s after he had been involved with the 
welding of the Stanground fifth told me that he had been involved with the 
opposite – brazing on letters that had been omitted.
