[Bell Historians] Bell on ebay

Please correct me if you disagree with the following.

The second image on the eBay page shows the date. With some contrast and
brightness correction this can be made a little clearer. So far as I can
make out, the second digit looks more like a 9 than an 8. Please check this
yourself (something like Microsoft Photo Editor will do the necessary
corrections) as I don't want any judgements to be made based simply on what
I am seeing.
