I think it is still safe to say that Anthony Bond was itinerant. Apart from
this one in London, all his bells are or were on the Isle of Wight or in
west Hampshire or east Dorset. This, coupled with a reference in Wimborne
Minster accounts, suggests that he came from the Isle of Wight - not perhaps
the easiest of places from which to conduct a bellfounding business.
