Monkton

I have received he pack from the estate agents re Monkton and it is very 
interesting, basically they are looking for offers with a guide price of 
75,000. There is also a load of covenants that are to be applied re access 
to grave yard etc and it use. The pack also states that fittings will be 
removed before completion. The church is not in an ideal site being right 
next to the A30 and has no parking other than in a lay-by back down the road 
and little potential to create parking, although mention is made of 
negotiation with owners of field next door.

It is reassuring that people are interested in the bells and hopefully 
something can be sorted out.
