DLC of the fair mouth:
"It would be interesting to compare the tower record at St Peter's, 
Tunbridge Wells, which has exactly contemporary bells of almost 
identical size to the St Luke's chime, with the tuning records at 
Croydon."

I have and it doesn't help I'm afraid. Tower notice = Tuning Books
