Charles Lynam was a leading personality in 19th century Stoke upon
Trent. As an architect and surveyor, archaeologist and antiquarian,
active in municipal affairs, his story provides insights into the local
history of the area from the beginning of the reign of Queen Victoria
until after the end of the First World War.
In this account Peter Lynam, his great grandson, sets his career in a
family context and relates how two of his sons, Skipper and Hum Lynam,
created the Oxford Dragon School.

I've just been made aware of a recent publication by Peter Lynam, -
Charles Lynam [FSA] and his family (2005);
 
Anyone know anything about this? Is it about "our Lynam" (as in CB
Staffs)? Am pursuing enquiries, but if anyone knows anything I'd be glad
to hear from them
