Norwich, St Stephen

I was at St Stephen's on Sunday and noted that the three bells are hung in an old 5-bell frame. The frame had cut-outs for five sets of bearings so presumably this is a lost ring of bells. Does anyone know when the five were removed? The three bells currently installed are Mears & Stainbank cast in 1907.
