It has been suggested that Llanfair Dyffryn Clwyd, near Ruthin, Clwyd, North Wales may be a lost ring of four bells. They were "restored" for chiming in the 1970's by Whitechapel. Can anyone confirm that they were hung for full-circle ringing before restoration. If so does anyone know the date (year) of the work and the tenor weight prior to replacement with a modern Whitechapel bell?
Many thanks
Dave
