See my previous posting. The 46th wasn't included because Bill Viggers kept me to 50-cwt plus; and indeed it isn't in the diary as it is only 48. I forget where else there was which I said ought to be in, being 49+ and suggested that we should "do a Warner" and include the headstock and clapper !

  I heard a suggestion that additional big bells had been installed with the carillon at Cobh, in Eire. I see that only the 1916 Taylor bass bell is included in the diary list. Does anyone have any information on this reported augmentation, and does it warrant a change to the existing list?
