I have recently come across several of his bells from the 1920's
They were excellent.
Was he the founder?
If so was he using Simpson tuning?
If so how many such bells are around?
Am I correct in thinking he did not cast/have cast a complete ring post
first War?
His later frames are also interesting. They are cast low side but much
lower than used by the 2 major hangers, rather in the style of the mini
low sides used by Higby's, but complete cast sides, only requiring end
support.
