I'll send you my spreadsheet, John. It lists all known early Taylor bells, with place of casting and "signature" from best available sources. E&OE, as always

Subject: [Bell Historians] John Taylor & Son

The Loughborough 'signature of "John Taylor and Son" appeared on bells
in the mid-C19th. If one looks at Master of My Art (Trevor Jennings),
p31, that partnership appeared to start officially in 1849. However,
George Dawson has pointed at bells bearing that signature dated as
early as 1847. We have an "end date" of 1858 (the year John died.)

Can anyone point to bells bearing that signature earlier than 1847 please?

And an indication of which of the following Taylor bells already in
the pNBR in that period are KNOWN for a fact to bear that signature
would be most helpful (off-line) please should anyone have that
  information.
