[Bell Historians] FW: a neglected tower

Presumably this is St Johns Hanley which has ten bells.    What is the Diocesan Furnishings officer doing about the bells?    Important as the peal boards are surely the bells are also important.  Why haven't the local ringers arranged for the peal boards to be removed and placed in another tower?
