We're in luck! I've just been rummaging through some papers on bell stuff which I haven't looked at for years and it appears that I copied down details from the chart at Lyng. As follows:

1. Whitechapel 1969, 4-2-13
3. Whitechapel 1969, 5-2-1
3. Llewellins & James 1881, 6-2-13
4. Thomas Wroth 1725, 7-3-7
5. Thomas Wroth 1721, 11-1-25
6. Whitechapel 1969, 15-3-9 in F

Disused (ex. 1/5) George Purdue 1609, 5-0-23 in B (so presumably it was replaced due to being flat).

Afraid I don't have any diameters.
