Notable Churches of the City of London by Church Bells.

Hello Everyone,

I've just received a copy, believed to be 1889, of this booklet. 

Although there is nothing about bells, there are some lovely engravings 
of many of the older London churches and a small history on each.

It says that it is 'Church Bells' Album No. 4.  It was published by 
Church Bells Office, London.

Does anyone have any idea of the previous 4 albums or if there were any 
more?
