In Godwins "Churches of London, 1839, it is both St. Catherine and St. 
Catharine!   In another instance in the same book it is "St. Catherine, 
Cree" and yet another "St. Catherine, Cree-Church"!

If one looks at the early drawing at the bottom of Dickon's web site, it 
is St Catherine Cree!

IMHO, there is no right or wrong way.  It is spelt differently by 
different people at different times.

It all comes down to the same Church, which has an unringable peal of bells.
