St Lawrence, Ansley

Yet another belfry on "28 days" - this time, St Lawrence Ansley, apparently in use but tower scaffolded, from which photos through windows show ancient timber frame and some very unorthodox wheels not attached to anything. No bells in view. Anyone know more?
