If it is of any use, I bought mine in 1969. There is another by 
Scott - Casting a Bell for Exeter Cathedral 1372 - Devonshire Assoc. 
for the Advancement of Science Literature and Art vol. 100 of the 
Association's Transactions. @ 1967.
