If it was mentioned when first published then I missed it! However, as two years have elapsed it does give others the opportunity to purchase it at below the original cover price!

  Yes, I discovered it in Borders Bookshop and commented on here at the time – it’s the only bell related book I’ve ever come across in a general bookshop.
