That's a fascinating film clip Michael.  I see the
date is given as 1934 so this must be very rare
footage of continental-style bellringing as it
was before the war and before the near-universal
introduction of electric motors or electro-pneumatic
hammers to do the job.

I had a quick search but couldn't find any clips
of pre-war English-style ringing but I suspect
that there must be some.
