Me thinks there may be a degree of exaggeration in the size of the bourdon
bell!   And who is this entrepreneur going to get to run his foundry?

Anyone read the snippet in todays Times page 11 about Brian Eno the polymath
producer wanting to build a 77 bell carillon, bass bell 75 tonnes! yes 75
tonnes. It will apparently be installed at Dartington Devon
