Am I such an ogre that Alan fights shy of asking me directly?

The chime was cast in 1936:

1.	30.5", 5-1-22, C
2.	32", 6-0-22, B
3.	36", 8-3-22, A
4.	40.5", 12-2-11, G
5.	45.5", 18-1-7, F
6.	48", 20-1-25, E
7.	53.88", 31-0-20, D
8.	60.5", 41-1-8, C (517Hz)

Bells 1 - 7 have JOHN TAYLOR & Co. * FOUNDERS * LOUGHBOROUGH * ENGLAND*
1936 * in the inscription band.

And

GOD BLESS THE MUSIC OF THESE BELLS

AND TREBLY BLESS THE HARKER.

Appears on the waist of the treble.

Bell 8 has ornamentation in the inscription band

And

SOUND SOUND THE GLORIOUS GOSPEL

TO THE PRAISE OF GOD

AND TO THE HONOUR OF ALL

WHOSE WORDS AND DEEDS

PROCLAIMED IT IN THESE PARTS

1881 TO 1936

Opposite side:

19(JT)36

(6" diameter Taylor badge)

The back 5 are pretty much the same as Adelaide, but the 3 smallest are
progressively smaller, although one could get away with just replacing
the two trebles with heavier bells if one had a desire to hang them for
full circle ringing.

Alan - I hope this helps.

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone know where I can obtain the details of the Taylor 8 for St.
James, Granville, Vancouver, B.C. installed in the late 1930s?

The tenor is believed to be 41 cwt. but what are all the other details?
Weights, inscriptions and notes would be much appreciated.

Best wishes

Alan
