There's a lot of material on the Windmill Hill site (including plans of the premises in the 1690s when it was leased to Wightman) in the archives of the Corporation of London. Matthew Bagley succeeded the Wightmans. Julia Bagley went bankrupt in 1719/20, and by 1720 the lease was in the hands of the Bankruptcy Commissioners. Further use by Waylett in 1727 certainly makes sense.  John Wesley took over the site some time later, of course, as the headquarters for the Methodist movement.
