By the look of it, Brian has already found - http://www.theclergydatabase.org.uk/jsp/search/index.jsp. Far from complete yet - a huge long-term project - but very useful as far as it goes (and as long as you realise it's not comprehensive)

Checked it, but can't add anything on Eccles (nor does the Streatley lead bring up anything useful from a check in Sharpe's "Berkshire") as a result. There is a Streatley in Beds too - although the history of the bells there doesn't seem to help (present bell by Mears 1832 - previous one by Briant, 1804)
