[Bell Historians] Unpealed UK Rings of 8

Hello Nick,

Thorpe St. Andrew remains unpealed because the tower was deemed unsafe 
for ringing after they were hung.!

I'd be interested in hearing about reasons for the others remaining 
unpealed.
