All the Chancellor has done is assess the evidence. 

And this should never have gone to Court. That EH, the CBC and the DAC could
not find a way to support Malvern Priory's PCC and ringers is disappointing.


It would be interesting to hear of the contributions and advice of David
Beacham (DAC) and Chris Povey (CCCBR) who were at the hearing.
