Restoring Peal Boads

I am trying to raise £2100 to restore an eighteenth century peal board which records the first peal rung in Lincoln which was also the second peal rung in Lincolnshire.   Has anyone found organisations which will make a grant for this type of work?   It seems to be more difficult to raise a comparatively small amount than for major work costing much more!    Any suggestions much appreciated.
