[Bell Historians] Bell restoration/tuning

[Richard Offen]

He works for the Council for the Care of Churches .or what ever it is called
these days.   As regards to bells and bell ringing, he has no credentials
whatsoever .as far as I am aware he doesn't even ring - at least Graham
Pledger, from EH, can ring!
