I don't know the answer, but I do know where you can find the answer.

Ask your question on the "Bell Talk" forum of the American Bell Association (www.americanbell.org/forum/), which is actually a worldwide organization.  Most of the members are collectors, though there is a "big bells" section of the forum for folks like us who are interested in tower bells and the like.  ABA members are very friendly and helpful.
