Bells in Prague

Referring to Dickson Love' comments re the lack of bells in Prague -  during World War 1 the Germans removed bells from towers in Europe melted them down and turned them into guns and other war material.  If they did it again in WW2, this alone would account for the quiet sonorous Sunday morning in Prague, quite.
