Derby Guild Hall- a lost ring?

 Looking at the pictures here:

 There appears to be a tie rodded lowside frame with bits cut out to allow the passage of swinging bells and Bearing brasses looking intact.

     A replacement chime now, but is this location home to a lost ring?
