This appears to grown into the 'English Short Title 
Catalogue', but I can't find anything plausible.  Of course, 
if it's not obviously identifiably associated with Cambridge 
or with ringing, then it could be hard to find, even with 
the index -- e.g. if it's listed as "Unidentified society 
membership list".

But I do have a one theory on where it might have ended up 
which I'm planning to investigate in due course.
