The other big tower with a big clock that looks as if it should have had a magnificent clock chime is the one at St Pancras station, which has all been recently beautifully restored.  But the tower is empty.  DLC and I plotted once to concot a spoof RW article about the discovery of a new heavy 12* up there by e.g. L&J or Samuel Goslin.
