The reference (in a "Foundry Focus" article) in RW 10 Feb 1989 p.119 
refers to a Taylor chime of 18 bells, largest 5-0-22 in C, supplied for 
the Church of the Apostles, Launceston as an Australian Bicentennial 
project. The bells were to be operated electronically with internal 
solenoid clappers and a keyboard incorporating automatic and manual 
placing facilities. The chime was designed so that it could be extended 
later to become a full set of two chromatic octaves.

These bells are in "my" Australian bells list - not a rival to yours, of 
course, but complementary - and I'll send you an updated version off-list
