RW footnotes

Would it be possible for someone with access to the RW for 1962, or a
Lincoln DG report, to check 3 peals and tell me what the footnotes
are? They are all at Witham on the Hill, Lincs.
 11 Apr 1964 Minor (4 methods)
 7 Aug 1964 Minor (14 methods)
 13 Mar 1965 Minor (13 methods)
Actually full band/method details would be usefull too, thinking about it!
