[Bell Historians] J. Rawlings Tisbury Wiltshire

There is a hand cranked chiming apparatus at Wethersfield in Essex, disused for more than 100 years, which has J. Rawlings Tisbury inscribed on the handle.

Would be grateful to hear from anyone who has any information on Mr. Rawlings please.
