[Bell Historians] Annoncement of BellBoard

At launch, submissions to BellBoard 
<http://www.bb.ringingworld.co.uk/> were not able to be forwarded to 
The Ringing World for publication. However I am pleased to advise 
that the peal forwarding option is now available and the facility for 
quarter peals will be ready later today

To forward a performance that you have already listed on BellBoard:
-          Make sure you're logged in.
-          View the peal (e.g. via the 'Amend' menu link, but any way is fine).
-          Below the 'Edit this entry' is another one labelled 'Send 
for publication in the Ringing World'.
-          It will give you a big text box to edit the submission, 
and when you press 'Send' and it is emailed to The Ringing World's typesetter.
-          Once you've sent it, the 'Send for publication...' link no 
longer appears.
